Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), CRPO
For more than ten years, I have worked with people's emotional lives in different professional settings. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and continue to deepen my clinical practice through ongoing training, consultation, and professional supervision.
I work thoughtfully and respectfully with people's inner experiences. Much of my work focuses on adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, perfectionism, and the lingering impact of earlier relational experiences. Many of the people I meet are high-functioning professionals, university students, immigrants, and individuals carrying significant responsibility in their careers, studies, or personal lives while privately struggling with overthinking, hyper-responsibility, attachment anxiety, burnout, or nervous system dysregulation.
To me, therapy is a thoughtful exploration of the deeper layers of a person's story.
While symptoms often bring people into therapy, they are rarely the whole story. I believe meaningful change comes from understanding the emotional, relational, and nervous system patterns that have developed over time — often long before they became visible in everyday life.
Therapy is not simply about feeling better. It is about understanding yourself more clearly, relating to yourself differently, and creating the conditions for lasting psychological change.
My work integrates trauma-informed, psychodynamic, attachment-based, and nervous system-focused psychotherapy. Depending on clinical needs and therapeutic goals, I also incorporate practical emotional regulation strategies, mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive-behavioural approaches, and EMDR therapy to support the processing of distressing experiences, attachment wounds, and trauma-related patterns.
My professional credentials and ongoing training are a promise of a safe, structured, and ethically grounded space for your healing and growth.
